The crowd was out!

A Busy Week!

Ice Cream was served on Tuesday by these lovely ladies to congratulate the MDG on 1. Surviving HSI 2. Earning an EXCELLENT rating!  The ice cream was well deserved!
Thank you to everyone who contributed ice cream, toppings & time!
3 of us attended the evening Power Step class!  My calves are sore today...
Anyhow, it was fun to work out together - coordination or not ;)  After the class we thought it would be fun to try different classes.  So, here is what I brainstormed on the way home.  We will do this Step class in September, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm.  In October we will take a different class.  We all agreed it would be helpful if we were consistent with days and times.  Some ideas of other classes we can do are water aerobics, Zumba, Pilates & Yoga.  I'm open to other ideas also.
Also, on Tuesday was our 1st CRUD practice.  As I was learning and playing, I thought "this is really fun!  People need to just try it to see if they like it."  Personally, I think you'll be hooked!  So, we are not asking for a commitment if you come out and try CRUD.  This particular CRUD tournament, Nov 16 that we are preparing for is opening only to females, due to the sometimes physical nature of the game.  Females can be a dependent, civilian or active duty.  This picture I'm posting does not do the game justice, I'm telling you - you've just got to come out and see what it's about!  We are building memories here!
Here's the September practice schedules for CRUD. Come on over so you can meet other girls, and make new friends as well.
Ok, also checking out our opponents as well.  :)

6 Sept. (Thursday)  5:30pm - 7:30pm
10 Sept. (Monday) 12:30pm - 2:30pm
14 Sept. (Friday)  4:30 - 10pm (don't have to stay that long)
17 Sept. (Monday) 12:30pm - 2:30pm
21 Sept. (Friday)  4:30 - 10pm
24 Sept. (Monday)  12:30pm - 2:30pm

All practices is at the Gunfighter Club - Doom Room.
By the way, we need 6 players NOT 5, to make a Team.  So far, our MGD team has only 3.  We need 3 more Female players, including Active Duty.
If, we have more people interested - we can have 2 teams!
