MDG Kids Christmas Party!

What a fun party for the kids today!  A BIG thank you to all the volunteers, especially Debbie M., who helped pull this off!  Well done, really, well done!
The many gifts that were given to us by Operation Homefront, so generous!
 Welcome table...
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive, aka, Col Cook & Robin
 Santa greeting the volunteers!
There were several favorite Santa pix, here are a few.  I just ordered the pictures tonight but I will need help when they arrive to assemble them in to ornaments for the families.

We are missing several volunteers in this picture, they must have been working ;)

Audrey organized a wonderful scavenger hunt for the older children!
B & Mary aka Major Bernheim did a fabulous job running games for the older children.
Wii dancing is always a hit!
What is a children's party without a bounce house?
Alicia and her family came up with and ran the children's games, we are so thankful!
Craft time, thank you Amanda and Stephanie!
 Food and fellowship...
The food crew, thank you ladies!

MDG spouses host OSC event! - Reindeer Games

MDG spouses hosted the OSC event, "Reindeer Games".  Lots of Minute to Win It type games, yummy food and plenty of laughter.  Great job crew - you rocked it!
The goal was to design a dress for someone at the table out of wrapping paper.  Looking good Say - love the train too!
Passing the hula hoop from one person to another while holding hands.
The fearless spouses who pulled this off.
There always needs to be a silly picture!  This is more like it!

A Gunfighter Christmas...

These beautiful wreaths have all been made and decorated by MDG spouses.  They are made of barb wire and decorated in a variety of ways.  They sell for $20 each or $15 if you would like a plain barb wire wreath to decorate for yourself.  This wreath could certainly be decorated for year around decor.
These are one of kind.  Questions or interested in buying one?  Email us at medspouses@yahoo.com.

Wreath sample...

This is the MDG spouses fundraiser for the quarter, Idaho wreaths.  This is a sample but we will be adding some greens, a bow, etc. to help it out.  Your creativity and/or willingness to help is much appreciated!  You get the gist about the shape and material for the wreath.  B is leading our efforts.  If you can come and help assemble these wreaths you are asked to wear gloves and old clothes.  Also dress for cooler temps as the supplies are in the garage.  This Tuesday and Thursday will be the first set times to assemble.  Please see email for B's number and more specifics on time/location.  I think these will be a really cool and unique item!

Aprons For Sale

Do you own a YELLOW apron yet?  This is NOT a fundraiser, we are selling these aprons at cost, actually a little under.  Last year we did iron ons, which looked pretty good but did not hold up in the wash, so this year we are having the aprons embroidered and they look GREAT!  We wear these aprons whenever we are serving in the hospital, working at the bash or selling at the craft fair.  It's a great way to represent the Hot Shots!  Cost for this apron is $20.  If you are interested in having one of your own, email Say at medspouses@yahoo.com by November 5!

BUNCO Benefit 4 Breast Cancer - Picture

We spouses had a great time at Bunco last Friday night!  There were 100 people in attendance and the benefit raised over $4k.  Awesome!
